Maple Avenue Tap & Grill in Haliburton

This is hands down the best eatery in town. Friendly service. Andy, the owner and chef comes by each table to see whether his guests are enjoying the meal. The food BTW is excellent.

Great place, food was delicious! Souvlaki was excellent, chicken grilled perfectly. Roasted chicken could have used a bit more grilling, but was good nonetheless. Service was good as well. Clean restaurant. Will visit again soon.

Good menu selection. Quesadillas and chicken wings were very good. We have had their Korean inspired dishes before and they were tasty.

Good service waiting time is good and last of all food was tasty. Food was really good and service is excellent.

Waitress -- Heather was great, personable, efficient & knowledgeable of menu. Food arrived in timely manner, very presentable, hot & tasty. Tables were full, place was hopping But Andy still took a minute to come out & visit. Awesome restuarant! One of our favorite

Such a great place!! We took the kids and they loved it too! Servers were really cool..really nice!! An elderly couple bought our lunch ... They paid it forward after someone bought theirs!! Let's keep it going! Food was fantastic...the burger was so tasty and the club was perfect!! Kids nuggets were a smash!! Will come again!

Clean, friendly and delicious. The wait for service was a little long, but when I went they seemed to be a little under staff. However, the staff is friendly, the food was very tasty and the chef came out to greet people. Definitely drop by if you're in the area.

There are only a few places to sit down and eat in Haliburton when driving down the main strip of town. So Maple Avenue Tap and Grill seemed like a good place as any to have a nice dinner after a long drive from Toronto. This restaurant is like a Pub in rustic style and on a gorgeous summer day, there is nothing like sitting outside at the patio under an umbrella sipping cold beer and watching cars and people pass by. The menu has a variety of options to satisfy everyone and so I ordered the roasted chicken breast with French fries and sauted vegetables. Delicious! Service was friendly and prices reasonable.

Great food, great service, owner Andy came by our table to see how we were doing and to introduce himself. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, truly made our night.

This restaurant is amazing, the food is just so delicious and beautifully presented. Honestly, everything is delicious. This restaurant gives super much value for money. Its not even pricey comparing to what you elsewhere in town. Andy is so nice, we will come back soon.

The 5 stars is for the cheeseburger and fries and the service. The best, and I mean the best, hamburger I've had in years...I know I will be craving it, making it worth the money. It was reminiscent of a Lick's burger from way back when. The fries were so good too! To be honest though the gravy wasn't very good, I ordered it on the side. Service was very prompt and friendly.

Had lunch at this location on Saturday and the food quality was incredible and reasonably priced. The table service was very good, though we did wait little while due to, what appeared to be, too few servers.I highly recommend this place and I look forward to returning again to try another menu selection!

My service was very slow. The food was not as good as I thought it would be. Perhaps I ordered the wrong stuff. Unsure if I would go back.

French toast was good. Sausage a bit burned outside but really good. White bread also taste like homemade. Overall very satisfied with our breakfast.

Has changed hands these guys used to be around the corner in a small place . They have successfully brought that cosy warm welcoming atmosphere with them to this larger premises. Best place to eat in Haliburton.

Good service and good food. I'd love it if there were more Korean specialties, especially Kalbi, which is why I began dropping in there, but the menu is reduced from what it was. Still, they have the best Kimchi ever. It's not too sweet. Definitely worth a visit.

We have been going there for over a year. We are a 30 minute drive away. Tried most of the menu. After we eat, we always take what we can't finish home, as well as, take out.

Service was attentive. Each dish was very nicely prepared, tasty and served piping hot. Very good value. Enjoyed by whole family!

VEGAN OPTIONS IN SMALL TOWN ONTARIO!! My boyfriend and I are both vegan and my dad is not. My dad got the buffalo chicken wrap, My boyfriend got the pad Thai, and I had the cashew stir fry. First of all, they accommodated our vegan request which in a small town is totally difficult to do. Second of all, the food was INCREDIBLE all three of us are from Toronto and all eat at popular downtown restaurants constantly and we all agreed that this was one of the best meals we have had in months. The broccoli alone was worth coming back for, there were over ten ingredients in the stir fry and every single one of them was cooked properly. The chef came to the table TWICE to make sure the food was good. Incredible. I will be back as often as possible!

Just finished having dinner here and I have to say hands down some of the best kimchi I’ve ever had, those tacos were absolutely delicious! 11/10 we’ll definitely be back soon!

Update***They moved next to Shoppers! Atmosphere is better! Still better than Kosy K! Hope this continues! Nice to have choices in town.Aug 2017...Great breakfast! Love the Eggs Benedict! Everything perfectly cooked! 9 orders placed, cooked and served in about 10 min. Super impressed when chef/owner came out carrying plates to help waitress and asked how everything was! He was pleased that we were happy. Don't see that kind of service very often! Kids were welcomed. We will be back!

The food was good once it arrived, and the servings are generous. Had to wait a long time to be seated, and over an hour from when we arrived to when we got our appetizers. For mains I had the salmon, which was delicious, but the mashed potatoes were dry and flavourless. The service was friendly we found the restaurant very loud, as there is little to nothing there to absorb sound. We won't go out of our way to dine there again.

Good food. A bit pricey for what you get. Was one of the only few options in town to eat past 7 pm. Relatively clean and a friendly service.

I love the owners and the food is ALWAYS satisfying.

Had the Pad Thai for lunch and it wasn't what I was expecting. No a lot of flavour and a bit soggy. Tofu was soggy as well. Asked for Sriracha and it was very dark and sweet, usually means it's old. The brie burger and fries were very good though.

Nice variety on the menu and great patio seating. Pet friendly patio too!

Great food and we got a high chair for my son. when other people in the restaurant got their food I still couldn't decide what to eat everything looked great. I got fish and chips
